The Press and Propaganda bulletin released three issues between late 1993 and early 1994. This initial, experimental period laid the groundwork for future publications. During this time, the Academy established the magazine's structural sections and masthead, formulated operational procedures and regulations for the editorial board, built a network of contributors and editors, and secured the necessary initial facilities. Although the early issues were limited in content and lacked polished layout and print quality, they infused the Academy’s research and academic activities with a renewed spirit.
